2. Description of Service

Hypnotherapy Network is operated by Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd. We connect clients with certified hypnotherapists worldwide. We facilitate discovery and booking but do not provide medical or therapeutic services directly.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Therapist Partners

Therapists who register agree to:

  • Provide accurate credentials and professional information.
  • Maintain valid certifications and licences.
  • Adhere to professional ethical standards.
  • Understand the partnership is non-exclusive.

5. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

Services facilitated through this Platform are for wellness and personal development. Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.

6. Payment & Fees

Therapists set their own fees. Hypnotherapy Network may charge a platform or referral fee as outlined in the Partner Agreement. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is the property of Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction requires prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hypnotherapy Pvt Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you for accessing the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
